What is Glowria
Glowria is a management platform for aestheticians, facial harmonization specialists and skincare professionals. We offer appointment scheduling, WhatsApp and Instagram client communication, digital anamnesis forms and personal booking pages.

Eligibility
To use Glowria you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a beauty or aesthetics professional, or legal representative of such a business
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not be legally prohibited from entering into contracts

Plans and Payment
- Glowria offers Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans as described at glowria.app/#pricing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan
- You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee
- Paid plans are non-refundable after the billing period begins
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Professional Responsibilities
By using Glowria, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining your clients' and patients' consent before collecting their data through our platform
- Using anamnesis forms in accordance with applicable health regulations and professional ethics
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your patients' health information
- Not using the platform for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes
- Keeping your login credentials secure

What Glowria Does Not Do
Glowria is a management platform — we do not provide health services and we are not responsible for clinical decisions.

- We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on anamnesis data
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but commit to a minimum 99% uptime

Intellectual Property
All code, design, brand and content of Glowria is our exclusive property. Data you enter (clients, appointments, anamnesis) belongs to you — Glowria makes no claim of ownership over it.

Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

Limitation of Liability
Glowria is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use or inability to use the platform, except where required by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For EU residents, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply and are not excluded by these terms.
