Professional accounts (our customers):

• Full name and email address
• Phone number and WhatsApp number
• Billing information (processed by our payment gateway)
• Business or clinic information
• Platform usage data (logs, sessions, preferences)

Patient/client data (collected on behalf of professionals):

• Full name, phone number and email
• Appointment history
• Health data (anamnesis): medical history, allergies, skin type, relevant health conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding information
• Messages sent via WhatsApp and Instagram

Automatically collected data:

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and time spent
• Cookies and session identifiers

Who We Share Data With

Glowria does not sell your data. We share only with essential service providers:

International transfers to the USA are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We perform daily backups and monitor for unauthorized access. In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Glowria is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
